Shipping policy

We ship to Japan and selected international destinations. Availability depends on your delivery address and the items ordered. Available shipping options, charges and currency appear at checkout before payment. If no shipping option appears, shipping is unavailable for that order and address.

We review your order and place and pay for the corresponding supplier order within one business day of receiving your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays. This is our order-handling timeframe, not a dispatch or delivery promise.

Supplier processing and dispatch times have not yet been confirmed. We therefore cannot currently provide a reliable timeframe from ordering to delivery. Delivery estimates vary by product, shipping service and destination and should not be treated as a confirmed total order-to-delivery timeframe.
